Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes. After we process your order, we will ship to your chosen store. As soon as it is available, we will contact you to carry out the survey.


How can I pay?

The payment methods accepted are:


Credit card

Multibanco Reference (only available in Portugal)

Cash Back | To Collection (only available in Portugal)

Shipping costs

Portugal and Spain: CTT Expresso - Free for any order.

If you choose the payment method "Cash on Delivery" (only available in Portugal) has a cost plus € 4.00.

Rest of Europe and other Countries: Shipments by Chronopost (DPD Group) - the cost will be calculated during the purchase process depending on the quantity and the country.


Can I return it?

For shipments in the European Union (EU): send the shipment back to our warehouse, within a maximum of 15 days, assuming the costs, to:

The refund will be made as soon as possible after we receive the items you returned.

All sales to the European Union are final and can not be returned.


Can I return it in store?

Unfortunately we do not offer returns / refunds in store, but the items can be changed instore.

Can I exchange products?

The items can be exchanged through our online store or directly in store. We do not offer refunds in store.


The product is displayed as sold. Will there be a replacement?

Replacements are not very common, but they are not impossible. When there is a reset, it is communicated through our homepage and social networks. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram and stay tuned.


Can I pre-order products?

We do not do pre-orders. We want to keep sales fair for each customer.


Can I see if a product or size is available in the store?

Just check the product page. Just click on the size you want and check on the availability tab.
