1. Until when can I order to guarantee it arrives in time for Christmas?
The deadline for you to buy your Christmas presents and ensure they arrive on time (Portugal only) is December 17th, 2025. Do you want a friendly tip ? The sooner you order, the sooner you'll receive your order.
2. Until when is it possible to exchange and/or return Christmas gifts?
You can always exchange or return items, and now you have an extended period to do so. You can exchange or return purchases made from November 27th to December 31st, 2025, until January 31st, 2026. Learn more on the exchanges and returns page.
3. Is shipping free?
The correct answer is: it depends. The free shipping policy remains the same as usual. We offer free shipping on orders over €80 to mainland Portugal. If your purchase is less than €80, the shipping cost will increase by €5. If your destination is the portuguese islands, shipping costs depend on the order volume and start at €10. Learn more here.

5. Do I need an account to buy Christmas presents?
No, you can purchase as a guest. We will only ask you for the essential information to process your order. If you made your purchase as a guest and want to know the status of your order, you can track it in the email you provided when making the purchase.
6. Can I use my welcome code when buying Christmas gifts?
The welcome code is only for new subscribers to our newsletter who subscribe via the pop-up that appears on our website. After subscribing, you will receive an email to confirm your subscription, and once confirmed, you will receive another email with the 10% discount welcome code. This cannot be combined with other promotions.

9. The product I want is out of stock in the online store. Is it possible that it might be in stock at a physical XTREME store?
The stock is common to all our stores. If it is sold out in our online store, you can assume (with sadness and possibly a tear in your eye) that you will also not find this size and/or product in one of our physical stores.
10. I did my Christmas shopping on Black Friday, but I don't know if I'll be able to exchange and/or return gifts. Please explain everything to me!
Rest assured, we've thought of those who bought Christmas gifts on Black Friday! If the gift isn't quite what you hoped for, you can exchange and/or return it until January 31th 2026.
11. Does the promotional price remain the same when exchanging something I bought during the XTREME Black Friday sale?
If you wish to exchange something purchased during Early Access Black Friday (November 27th) or during XTREME Black Friday 2025 (November 28th-29th) starting November 30th, please note that the promotional price only applies if you exchange it for a different size of the same item. If you choose to exchange it for a different color, model, or product, you will have to pay the price difference, if there's any.
12. I don't know what to give away as a gift! Any suggestions?
