Exchanges and Returns
What to do at the time of delivery?
Check if the packaging is in perfect condition.
If there is any irregularity (e.g., signs of tampering), you must refuse the delivery.
XTREME.pt regrets any inconvenience, but these measures are necessary to protect customers from potential fraud.
How to make an exchange or return
If the product is incorrect, doesn’t fit, or has visible defects, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.
Exchanges
In-store exchange
You can exchange the item in any of our physical stores (Portugal only). Please present the invoice copy. Items must have tags and be in the original box.
Exchange by mail
If you wish to exchange by mail, follow these steps:
- Fill out the exchange/return form. You can download it by clicking here.
- Place the item(s) in a properly closed package (you may reuse the XTREME delivery box) along with the invoice copy and send to:

Returns
Returns must be made by mail, following these steps:
- Fill out the exchange/return form. You can download it by clicking here.
- Place the item(s) in a properly closed package (you may reuse the XTREME delivery box) along with the invoice copy and send to:

Note: Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility. Refunds, if requested, will be issued using the same payment method.
Exchange and return conditions
XTREME accepts exchanges or returns if the items:
- Have not been worn or show signs of use;
- Have the original tag and box;
- Are in perfect condition for resale.
- Personal items (e.g., underwear, bikinis, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Can I return in-store?
Returns and refunds are not available in-store, but exchanges are allowed.
Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds
In exchanges or returns, only the value of the item(s) is refunded — shipping costs are excluded.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
XTREME.pt will issue the refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
Warranties and After-Sales Service
XTREME.pt will manage any repairs directly with the supplier.
For any product issue, you must include a copy of the invoice, the warranty certificate (for watches, sunglasses, headphones), and the return form.
XTREME.pt is not liable if the manufacturer refuses warranty service.
Unapproved repair quotes may be subject to admin fees. If you approve the repair, you must transfer the corresponding amount.
